Would look amazing with Petticoat on. The straps can be unbuttoned on the back and worn 3 different ways (see pictures).

The dress comes with its own tie belt. The dress is brand new, even so I don't have the tags any longer. I've bought it'89 in Texas and never worn it or even tried it on.

It was stored all these years and I think it is time to let go of it. There is no stretch at all.

Bust (armpit to armpit): 19" (38" around).... Overall Length (shoulder to hem): 54....

Mannequin is a size 12 - 14 Large / Shoulder 15" / Bust 39" / Waist 31" / Hips 41" / Height of Torso 27. This is a smoke free home, I do have dogs and cats.....
