Black Lace Top with little black roses/ribbons on v-shape waist and straps. Dress (underneath Lace as well) has almost satin look. To me the green is teal color and changes color in the light or when you move, metallic sheen. Mannequin measurements are the most the dress will stretch too.

Waist: 15.5" (31" around).... Length (shoulder to hem): 58.5.... Mannequin is a size 12 - 14 Large / Shoulder 15" / Bust 39" / Waist 31" / Hips 41" / Height of Torso 27.
